The 28th PMPC Star Awards for Television (2014) noticed Carlo’s TV hosting prowess and placed him as finalist for the Best Travel Show Host category. His travel show,”I Love Pinas,” won at the 23rd KBP Golden Dove Awards (2015) as Best Culture and Arts Show. This was one of the shows he hosted weekly; the other shows are SHOUTOUT (informal college debate show); SARAP PINOY (cooking show); and DIYOS AT BAYAN (talk show focused on national issues). These aired on GMA Channel 7, GMA News TV and Light Network 33 from 2010-2017, produced by ZOE Broadcasting Network.
